i have dark brown hair and i dyed my front part blonde (i bleached it then blonded it) and i want to dye the tips of my blonde pink. Do i have to bleach it again?

No that is the perfect way to get the pink to show off the best. It will look awesome.

It would depend on how dark of a blonde you went. If it was a light blonde you could dye over it but you would have to leave the dye on longer and apply a mild amount of heat.

If you bleached it again your hair would start breaking... the pink should take straight away to the blonde... The pink will probably fade after a few washes (depending on the quality) so you may have to re-do the pink in a week or so
