You could use hair extensions instead of going through all the trouble of bleaching and dying. Here's a pic of my hair extensions so you can see what I'm talking about

I agree extentions would be easy and much less damaging but if you want to do it to your real hair you will have to bleach it and then color it. The bright colors fade really fast though so every few days you will have to keep brightening it up. Also once its in dont plan on going blond any time soon because it wont come out. But its cute!
