Hello, I want to know which hair dye is better:

Manic Panic or Punky Colors?

Currently I have mousy brown hair that descends below my waistline, and I am think of bleaching it and dyeing it a purple, pink, or even red.

But like you said to make it hold you are going to need to bleach it first.

Why would you want to dye your hair those awful colors? Why not put some pretty blonde highlights in it instead?
