I want red hair but I don't know if it's for me?

I really want red hair, so I can have something different, but I don't know if it will work well with my skin tone, or if I'll look washed out when I wear one of my bright red shirts which I love so much. If reds not for me I'll dye it chocolate brown, but I'd really like red if anyone could tell me if theres too much pink in my skin or if the shade i want is wrong, or if brown would be better. And also, what kind of dye to buy, only semi permanent ones thought, I hate roots. Any help is good!

hate to say it, but i don't think red hair looks nice on fair skinned people. if anything, dye your hair a lighter blonde.

with your skin i would not go that bright of a red. go with a browner red- its prettier too.

your hair is so pretty! please dont. i think only some natural redheads can pull it off! you should just get some medium dark blonde highlights, perfecionally of course! good luck. please consider what your doing!

I think it would look really nice, but maybe a tad bit darker, more auburn than the picture. Pale skin and red hair are a nice contrast.

Personally, I don't think that you should dye your hair red. Only natural red heads can pull off red hair. It looks so unnatural if it's not your real hair. My friend dyed her hair semi permanent red and it looked awful. People who have natural red hair are the only ones who can rock it, people who don't...just can't. I don't think that you should do it, but it's your hair, not mine. If you really want to... I guess you should go for it. :-)

Idk about the red you picked out. Try and pick one with a little more purplish in it. LIke not as bright, DARKER. Just be sure you don't get a permanant color. I wish i could go back 2 years from now. If you get permanant you have to keep redying your hair unless you want to look like a multi colored skunk. Truely 鈾バ惭徰斺櫏

Just ask a beautician, a lot of people are giving you different answers. But in my opinion it will look nice on you, ( you can get temporary dye or spray and if you don't like it wash it out).

And she has really fair skin. It's like a darker red but still bright.

Anyways, I'd say go for red!

And if you really really hate it, you can always dye it brown.
