i amg oign to my hair dresseer tomorrow but this is what she is going to do

do the scene hair razor cut type things and have side bangs straight across my forhead

i have deep brown hair and she is going to put a 3 or 4 in color underneath and bleach the razor part and top part of my head and then i'm gonna puff it out and put coontails and then maybe put pink wash out highlights on the tip just for the first day of school cause i am wearing pink

Actually, my hair is similar to that, except with permanent pink and no blond.

It sounds maybe a little busy, but that's ok if the pink washes out.

Also, if you're not known as a "scene girl" then you should definately not get the haircut.

If you're trying to go scene, then just try one thing at a time, maybe get the cut first and dye throughout the year.
