Hair ideas....?

Ok I currently have light brown shoulder length hair... It's cut into layers with razored ends and I have bangs angled into my face... I"M SOOOOOO BORED WITH THIS HAIRCUT.... My hair is naturally wavy and EXTREMELY thick so I have NO IDEA WHAT TO DO WITH IT!!! I've tried straightening it- but it's too thick- even though I've gotten it thinned, scruching it never seems to do anything but frizz it out.... but that I can handle... I've gotten better and working with it, but the color is so boring... I wanna go darker but at the same time I wanna go lighter, but then I think I wanna keep it the same..... I've also thought of dying the ends- pink- something I've ALWAYS wanted to do- especially since summer is in 5 days for me... ANY IDEAS???!!!! I'm looking for some input... here's some pics
