I hair fairly long hair and right now I want to cut it so it is about chin length for like 3 inches back then I want the rest to be one inch long so I can spike it...yes I'm a girl...what would you suggest, I want to use Manic Panic brand bleach and then dye it pink (my natural color is dark brown), what do you think?
