I want funky colors like pink, blue and white, but I don't obnoxious shades. I want a light pink or blue over hot pink and bright blue. Where can I get them done or where can I buy them? Will salons have those colors? Do salons have hair dyes of those colors?

go to a beauty supply store. they will have hair in all the colors that you want. i then suggest going to a salon and having them put them in for you.
some beauty supply stores will also carry clip in extensions so you can just do them yourself.
