Help! my hair would not let me get my hair done!?

i have blonde hair and i want to get black highlights. i asked my mom and she said it would not look good on me but i really want it but she is letting me get purple, blue,pink, and green highlights and all those funky colors! but she wants it 2 wash out but i want permanant black highlights. how can i convince her to letting me get black highlights not those funky colors?

it's hair. if it's messed up when it gets finished, then it's your problem. i think a better question is, who's paying for it? if you are, then do whatever the hell you want. if you expect her to pay, then it's her rules.

I don't want to be mean but honey the first one was one of the ugliest haircuts i've ever seen. The others look pretty good. Maybe just get non - permenant highlights and tell your mom that they will come out. Let her know that you are mature enough to get highlights and that you will take the responsibilities. Good luck! (oh, and um, unless im not getting the question right, why wont your hair let you get your hair done? thought it was your mom..........) lol

i don't think she will let that happen but why don't u ask her if u can get temporary highlight and get something like the Conair highlight maker that way if u don't like it it will come off and if u do like it then u could just keep putting it on every time it goes away
