Need to do something dramatic with my hair!!?

I have a reddish-pink toned face. My face is round, with a TINY bit of oval. My hair is curly-ish. It's soft curls. Medium thickness. I already had blunt bangs..they looked okay, but always parted, then I got thicker, and they looked bad but didn't part. I'm TRYING to do side part, but it's not working well.

What's something dramatic (and looks GREAT) I could do with my hair?

Alot of people at my school dye the underneath of their hair pink, it looks quite good %26amp; funky (you could be setting a new trend if no body at your school has it)

Im not sure what hair cut you could go for maybe buy a hair magazine and they have lots of stylish cuts. =D
