I want a new hair for this 2008 help me what can look good!?

Okay i need some professional advice and tips here. Im just so excited for this year! Anyways im 15 years old, fun bubbly silly teenage girl. I gotta mention I love the "scene" haircut/style. But yea the thing is that I do not know what suits my skin or my character. I have kinda pale/light skin, very dark brown eyes almost black, and my natural hair is black. I dyed my hair about 2months ago a dark red color. Its kinda fading and it looks sorta orangish/blonde.

I am thinking of dying it light brown and pink highlights. I do know that you need to bleach for the pink highlights. I want to do this myself at home. Here is a picture of me

You are soooo pretty. And your skin colour is like mine! at the moment my hair is a reddy brown.. very nice =) but soon i mite put blonde highlights or lowlights in. orrrr dye it a lighter brown. orrrr in a few months im gona just have chunks in it like a few around my hair. like 6 or somethin first il bleach it then use fudge.. like blue chunkss =) then after a month i'll change it to pink ones! then after that purple! or wateva. fudge is goood =D okayy have fun!

Ok first of all pink/blue/green/purple any color besides natural colors look AWFUL on brown hair bleached white blonde hair is diffrent ok so do NOT get pink streaks I'm telling you they will look really really bad
