i want to get my hair to look like this in the front (im a girl)

To me the haircut looks like it does have a lot of layers.

I think purple would be easier to put in brown hair than pink, so i would suggest that.

And if you want you want your bangs cut like that, simpy tell your stylist you want the bangs to start at your eyebrow, and angled enough so they stop at the chin.

Or, simply bring the picture to the salon with you =]
